ALPIQ ENERGÍA ESPAÑA S.A.U. believes in fair and transparent processing of personal data. We collect personal data of people visiting our website, using our web shop, creating an account or subscribing to our newsletter. .

  • When you subscribe to our newsletter: We collect your email address, your first and second name and information on the purchased product.
  • When you fill an information form: We collect your contact information, as well as other information that may be necessary to comply with the corresponding request for each specific form.
    In each of our information forms, we inform you about the type of information we collect and how we use it on the same page where you enter your personal data. You can also see what data is required to provide the service you need and what data is optional. Mandatory data is marked with (*). In case you do not complete the mandatory information, our company will not be able to provide you certain services.
  • Promotional use: The personal data obtained from you may be used in order to send you information of your interest.

This service can be unsubscribed at any time.
  • When you fill an information form:
    • Purpose: The personal data we collect allows us to provide you (or to provide to your company), information about our products or services .
    • Legal basis: Through the completion of our online form, you expressly consent to the processing of personal data that you provide, being the legal basis for the treatment of your data based on your consent and the need of our company to be able to fulfill its contractual obligations derived from your request. You have the right to revoke such consent at any time, and this will not impact the legality of the treatments based on the consent prior to its withdrawal, although it may prevent our company from complying with the request or request that you make to us through the corresponding form.

How long will my personal data be stored?
